If YP would let me click a millions stars for Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa, I would! They saved us from a disaster with another company who walked.out on the job leaving us with a damaged pool. We could find no one to assist until Joseph came over to take a look. From that moment on we never looked back.

We were able to work closely with Joseph at his showroom selecting materials including tile, travertine, surface material, etc... He said he had a vision for our backyard and we are so happy that we relied on his knowledge and design experience. 

From the start of the project his entire crew was professional, polite, hard working, and fun to have around. They showed up when they said they would and took great pride in their work. We could not be happier with the results!

I have attached some photos of our pool / backyard. They say things happen for a reason and I believe Joseph was meant to be the one to bring our pool and us back to Iife. If you are reading this review in search of a pool contractor, then read no further and just make the call to Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa!

It is not common practice for me to write a review, however, in this case it was necessary.

After meeting with many Resurfacing Professionals I decided to hire Joseph Dawson with Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa due to his extreme knowledge and experience in this particular field. 

Joseph explained the whole process in detail and delivered to my highest expectations. In addition, he eased my mind since I was not able to be in town for the project. If I called, he answered or called me back within minutes which is very uncommon during these times when remodeling and construction is booming.

If you are looking for perfection, I highly recommend Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa for all the services that they provide.

Thank you, Joseph for my Zen Like Oasis. You Rock!!!

Excellent service : We had their competitor doing the pool service and all they did was a water test each week as our pool water quality became worse each week. Didn’t add the chemicals that were needed or even brush the pool or clean the filter. We had to find a competent service. We did !! Sugarmill Pool and Spa. Brian Smith was assigned to our pool. Brian assessed the problems we had with our pool and tested our salt tower, and let us know that it was not working properly and that it was still under warranty. By his judgement , it saved us $550 for the replacement. This is the kind of employee that Sugarmill Pool and Spa employs.

Our pool area is a major part of our home, and when you have a service enter our home we want to feel comfortable with their employees being there.

We highly recommend Sugarmill Woods Pool and Spa to all of our friends and family.

Pool & Spa Services

I'm very happy with the service I've received with the maintenance of my pool &spa. They have worked wonders with my pool. I also had them service my father-in-law's pool, which had major problems. They repaired a leak, replaced the filter, and turned a green pool, into a crystal clear pool. I will highly recommend this company to everyone.

Moved into Sugarmill woods a couple of years ago and continued to use previous owners pool company. I developed skin irritations and got very sick. My neighbor told me to call SMW Pool and Spa...They did some type of test and saw the water was polluted. It took a few treatments and my pool was GORGEOUS and I didn't have the rash and itch, scaling and no more skin irritations...Thank you soooo much Sugarmill Woods pool and spa and thank God my neighbor was here for me to recommend them.

We have been very satisfied with this service since we moved here. Prices are competitive. The employees are very respectful and helpful. We never have a problem contacting them when we have questions. We receive prompt responses. Wish more businesses were like that.

I was recommended by a friend of mine about this company and told me to have my pool done by them. I was highly satisfied with the end result. The owner was very nice and very straight forward with everything. The entire job took about a day. They were all prepared for the job and we're able to finish earlier than expected. There wasn't much of a mess that they left behind had my whole pool recemented. Was very impressed with how well they did they job and how it finished. I would highly recommend this company to another!

After having other pool services cleaning my pool, I was not happy with the service that they gave. They did not clean the pool thoroughly nor clean the skimmer basket. I got rid of them and called SUGAR MILL WOODS POOL AND SPA COMPANY. Not only were they punctual every week, but my pool glistens. Whatever chemicals they are using is making my water soft and silky smooth..THANK YOU SUGAR MILL WOODS POOL AND SPA COMPANY FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
